You are a trillion dollar machine who can do alot more than you ever thought possible. You know how I love to motivate anyone from 4 years old to 400lbs to learn to barefoot at super slow speeds and without falling…

NOW I want to share tips on how you should set your goals higher than you ever thought possible and take full advantage of the incredible body you have been given.

Barefoot students and clients are always asking me what they can do to get in better shape that would help them with their barefooting. Now I am going to unlock the treasure troves of information I have gathered over my lifetime and give you some motivating goals to get you excited, off the coach and reaching for more in your life.

A client and friend of mine, specifically just asked me for advice on how I learned to walk on my hands as he has seen me do countless times in my Facebook videos.

Well, here are some great tips for getting started that you can use right now!

In this video, I am going to go over 3 different drills you can use to build strength, coordination, and balance on your way to learning how to walk on your hands.

Why is a barefooter talking about walking on his hands? As a young athlete, I suffered alot of shoulder injuries in my ugly Wheaton College wrestling career (by career, I mean the worst wrestler in the history of NCAA Div 3 Wrestling :), and then again in my barefoot skiing career.

Most of these injuries would have been enough to end a person’s career, but by the grace of God, I found a way to battle back and stay in the game.

Many of my friends that knew me back then are shocked to see me not only using my shoulders to full capacity, but getting stronger as I have gotten older.

I am not bragging, but I need to say this to motivate you all to reach for dreams that you never thought were possible because there are people who God has placed in your life that are waiting for YOU to motivate them…

At 55 years old (2019), I am now stronger, leaner, healthier, and more capable in almost every way than I was 30 years ago!

    It is just amasing to see you move into a new sport ,world class barefooter now world class crossfit. Buy the way you and your boy have inspired me to take up crossfit .I,am on my 3rd week its killing me but I love it. The next time I am in florida I,ll make reservations to ski with you. Oh my wife also barefoots. Keep the vidios comeing.

      Danny thanks for the comments and that is awesome! Zane and I would love to have you. I have told Zane about your legendary toughness and bull riding. My advice on the CrossFit is leaving your pride at the door and do not try and compete with others you see even though I KNOW you will want to. There are movements to be learned and mastered just like barefooting and the most important consideration is longevity.

      You will probably find you need to modify your diet to keep up with the demand on your body, but remember that you have a trillion dollar machine at your disposal so treat it that way!

      You and I have abused our bodies in the past, but now is the time to focus on being in the best shape of your life while turning the clock backwards.

      I have also found the fountain of youth for my knee pain and total health if you are interested. I can email or text you more info but I will also be sharing my story on video soon.

      Last week my Dr’s were grilling me over my bloodwork because they have never seen such an impressive turnaround in a year. I am actually lighter, stronger, healthier, and even have better skin than I did 25 years ago all because of these miracle molecules!

    Thanks lane , I’m going to give this a go since I’m still footing at 47 . My hypo active friend who foots with me is 57 and says he has just under 8000 days left to keep active and ski.
