The World’s Best Barefooting Warmup!

“Pain makes me grow. Growing is what I want. Therefore, for me, pain is pleasure.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger

If you have ever wanted to unwrap your true potential in barefooting, then you need to be warmed up to a full sweat before you take to the water. The benefits are amazing!

You will barefoot better and more fluidly than you ever have before.

You will avoid injuries because you will have good blood flow to critical areas of your body.

You will get your adrenalin going and be in a more positive frame of mind for achieving great things!

So how are we going to do this?

The world’s great barefoot water skiing warmup is only one complex move that was designed in hell but celebrated in heaven!

The Burpee!

If you are not sure what a burpee is, check out my son, Zane Bowers, doing a “Burpee Mile” below after being told that he could not do it in the time stated by a top Crossfit athlete.

Our coach and regional competitor, Dillon Bailey, bet my 12 year old son, Zane Bowers, sushi 🍣 that he couldn’t do a “burpee mile” under 60 minutes… 650 burpee jumps later Zane finished around 52 minutes.
