• Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 20%
  restocking fee if returned in "as new condition" approved by Returns Department
• Contact the Returns Department for a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  at 877-685-6270, x-8 and then complete Returns form below
• Returns received without an RA will not be credited.
• Equipment must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be
  given for damaged returns. Damages include water marks, loose threads, pulls in the
  neoprene, animal hair, human hair, stains, burns and odors.

You must be issued a RA# before you return your product. We will credit your account within 48
hours of receiving a credit from our Returns Department 877-685-6270, x-8.
